Online Booking Terms

Pick up and return location: GU51 4DL, Fleet Hampshire

Deposit required: 20% or £300 which ever is greater, per trip

Balance required: 6 weeks prior to departure

The hire rate quoted includes breakdown cover and excludes diesel.

Security Bond A security bond for £1000 is taken as a pre-authorised transaction of a debit/credit card on or before departure. This increases to £1500 for European Travel or drivers with non UK/AU/NZ driving licences.

CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) for standard insurance hires on request.

Driver Age: 25 to 75 (23 to 24 at an additional cost and excess).

Second driver insurance can be added at £10 per a day for GB Travel and £15 per day for European Travel or drivers with non UK/AU/NZ driving licences.

Insurance surcharge for points on licence ranging from £2.50 per day for SP30 to £12 per day for DR10.

Free On-site parking is available for one car. Car left at owner’s risk.

Our Cancellation Policy

For cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the Hire Period the Customer will forfeit the Booking Deposit. The exception to this is if you have transferred your hire from an earlier date whereby the full amount paid is forfeited.

For cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the Hire Period or failure by the Customer to turn up for the commencement of the Hire Period the Customer will be liable for the full Hire Charge.

All booking payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Special Offer discounted booking payments even if outside of the above periods are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Company recommends that the Customer takes out their own cancellation insurance.

The Company reserves the right to cancel the Booking before commencement of the Hire Period if the Named Driver(s) Licences are invalid or do not comply with the information required. In this case the Customer will forfeit the total Hire Charge.

European Travel and International Visitors

Bookings for travel to Europe can now be made through our online booking system with a minimum hire period of a week or more depending on your destination. One week minimum for the nearest destinations and three weeks minimum for the furthest away.

Countries we can currently take bookings for include Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland.

There is a higher excess for hires travelling to Europe and for International Visitors (except NZ/AU). The excess is £1500. For International drivers or travel to the EU, CDW is advised – CDW reduces the excess to £0 in the event of a collision.
